Welcome to StudyLock. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Definitions

App: The StudyLock mobile application.
User: Anyone who downloads, installs, or uses the App.
Content: Any data, text, study material, images, or other information displayed or used within the App.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws.
• Do not upload content that is harmful, illegal, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or exploit the App or its users.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and functionality of the App are the property of the StudyLock team. You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless given express written permission.

5. Use of the App

• Do not reverse engineer or modify any part of the App.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or distribute the App without permission.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

StudyLock does not collect personal data by default. The only instance where personal data (such as an email address) may be collected is when a user voluntarily signs in to join a Study Group using their Google or Microsoft account.

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. StudyLock is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app or website. Continued use of the App implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
